Sometimes even musicians who have been around the world can be amazed—and that's how the Aris Quartet felt more than once during this eventful autumn!
Whether it was the spectacular scenery at the summit concert on the Fellhorn, a picturesque cruise to Great Britain, the enchantingly illuminated Philharmonie Essen, and last but not least, a North American tour with stops in L.A., Vancouver, and Vermont—sometimes just a few weeks can offer enough highlights for an entire year!
Of course, there was also music to be heard—and how wonderful it was to be able to share these special experiences with fantastic colleagues: Daniel Müller-Schott (cello), Christiane Karg (voice), Stephen Waarts (violin), actor Dominique Horwitz, and pianists Claire Huangci, Lukas Sternath, and Annika Treutler not only made for a wonderful time on a personal level, but also for numerous exceptional musical moments—what great musicians, what wonderful weeks!
